No Nonsense Muscle Building

Review:

What is it?
There are certainly men who would prefer to build a muscular body of the sleek, flexible variety over the more bound, bulky type of the ‘hardcore’ bodybuilders., No-Nonsense Muscle Building author Vincent DelMonte was one of them, and designed this instructional eBook for others with the same goal. DelMonte goes beyond standard weight training to also instruct on such topics as avoiding postural imbalance and flexibility training (for example).

Quite Frankly:

I admire the goal of this course, since it’s as much about creating balance, grace and flexibility within a muscular body as it is about having the body that others envy. DelMonte is a champion fitness model, so he certainly has the knowledge of these lesser-known aspects of weight training.

Like Muscle Gain Truth, this training program revolves around a few very intense days in the gym per week rather than ‘endurance weight training’. But this book doesn’t have the sheer thoroughness of Muscle Gain Truth, which is a better investment if you’re looking for extremely thorough advice on adding bulk. If you have dreams of becoming a champion fitness model, however, you can’t go wrong here.

Pros:

* His ‘9 Growth Principles’ provide some focus for the beginner
* Unique look at bodybuilding from the fitness model perspective
* DelMonte has a personal understanding of the skinny, ectomorph type

Cons:

* Delmonte’s ‘tell it like it is’ style is a little old
* DelMonte covers a lot of ground here (gaining muscle, losing fat, diet, flexibility, muscular balance, etc) and could stand to elaborate a little more on some topics

Is it worth the $$?

Yes. The inclusion of bonuses that are actually useful (such as the easy-to-follow workout programs and animated demonstrations of over 100 exercises) make this one a bargain. There is also a 56-day money back guarantee.
